You may be asked to chane into a gown. You will then meet with our trained technologist, who will explain your exam to you and answer any questions you may have.

You will be asked to drink a contrast agent if the studies require it. The technologist will then assist you onto the table. The technologist or doctor will begin taking your X-Rays.

Some special procedures use a fluoroscope which can produce "live" X-Ray images. Your exam may require that you be given an injection and possibly moved onto the MRI or CT scanner to complete your study. The technologist will explain exactly what is required of you special procedure.
